Make the portable version really portable

The portable version SHOULDN'T be installed.
I can see the installer is present in Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features.
Is this a joke?
By the way, the installer of the portable version (this is non-sense) isn't signed.
It should be signed.
Finally, the application should start when I click on its shortcut (installed by the installer).
It doesn't even start.
